Nicaragua ’09-’10 
The winter break 2009 WHSO trip to Nicaragua is through an organization called Missions of Grace. Missions of Grace works directly through the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health.
The trip will last one week from the 17th of December until Decmber 24th. The estimated cost of the trip is $1200.
I anticipate that about ten 2nd year medical students, a 4th year medical sudent, and a physician will be traveling on the trip.
We will spend 4 days setting up free clinics in the village of Las Canas and surrounding area, which is one of the most underserved areas of the country. Two days will be left open for sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation.
