The tragedy in Haiti has also touched Wayne State medical students here at home since our medical mission to Haiti this year is pending. This fact has not discouraged WHSO students who are eager to help with whatever means possible. WHSO is planning fundraising activities to collect monetary donations, medications, and other medical supplies.
In the event that our medical relief trip to Haiti does not happen, everything will be sent to Haiti through our partners, Rays of Hope.
