Background Check

Attention volunteers:
Recently the police department has decided to change their system for background checks and the new system costs $60 to have the background check done. If we get the forms in by the end of the week then we can avoid this cost.
So, please turn in:
1. a copy of the filled-out form
2. a copy of your license
To the Office of Student Affairs by this Friday, August 14th at 1pm so we can turn all the forms in...or else you may have to pay $60!!
